Statutory Right of Revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days, without stating any reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the shipper, have/has taken possession of the merchandise. In case of a purchasing contract for several items of merchandise that you have ordered within the scope of a single order and which we have delivered separately to you, the revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the shipper, have/has taken possession of the last item of merchandise.

In order to exercise your right of revocation, it is necessary for you to notify us (Dora Herbst, Marina Botafoch, Local 315, 07800 Ibiza, Spain, eMail: info@doraherbstibiza.com) of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by mail or email). For this purpose, you can use the enclosed sample revocation form, which is not mandatory, however.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send off notification that you are exercising your right to revocation prior to expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we are to repay you for all payments we have received, excluding the delivery costs, promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we have received the notice of your cancelling this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless anything different has been arranged with you; under no circumstances will any fees be charged to you for this repayment. We are allowed to withhold repayment until we have received the merchandise or until you have provided proof that you have sent the merchandise back, whichever is the earlier date.

You are to send back or hand over the merchandise promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the cost of returning the goods. Choosing an insured, trackable shipping method is advisable, as we are not liable for lost parcel.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We obtain the right to refuse the return of worn, soiled or damaged items.
