How long do I have to return a product?
Returns must be made within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product, except those that are excluded from the normal returns policy and cannot be returned.
Can I wash your clothes in the washing machine?
No, we recommend hand-washing at temperatures below 30 degrees.
Can the gift card be redeemed at any time or does it expire?
Once the gift card has been ordered, it can be used at any time without expiry date.
